My payment is not working

If your card has been declined, we are sorry you have experienced a problem placing your order with us. If you have received a credit card declined notice, this is likely due to one of the following reasons:

  • The credit card number might have been entered incorrectly.
  • The security code has not been entered (found on the back of most credit cards, except for American Express, where it’s on the front).
  • Incorrect expiration date.
  • Credit card limit already reached or exceeded.

If you are still having issues, please check with your card provider/bank and/or contact us Please do not email Customer Experience your credit card information.
